Debit Cards, Credit Cards are accepted via Paypal/Paytm gateways. You can also make payment via online banking.

It is usually dispatched within 3-4 days after printing and usually takes 7-10 working days to deliver within India from the date when order is placed. For outside India, It usually takes around 15-25 working days to deliver via Indian Speed Post from the date when order is placed.

When your book is dispatched you will receive a Confirmation Email from us with tracking Id and tracking URL(We use 3rd party to courier the book).

If you have a coupon code for discount, on the checkout Page, after filling delivery address, you will get an option to use coupon.If the coupon is successfully applied, you will see discounted price to pay.

All the stories moves around a single character making the book personalised for one child for now. In future, we will be adding the books with more that 1 character.

We can also put a dedication message in the book if you want!

Yes. Just put the delivery address of the person you want to gift and we will deliver it there.

Our books are loved by the parents accross the globe. Pages of the book will be 160GSM glossy paper and the Cover Page will be laminated with 220GSM paper. The Book will be A4 in size.

Immediately mail to support@starandread.com referring the Order Id and the Problem.

1. Wrong Child Name: If the book in not already printed, we will update the order with the new name. Incase the book is already printed, we won't be able to change the name.
2. Wrong Address: If the book is not dispatched, we will update the order with the new shipping details. Incase the book is already shipped, we will ship the book to the new address when the book is returned to us with additional shipping charges.

As the books are not mass printed, but one separately for each child, it increases the cost drastically for us.
